USD1 is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the United States dollar. Currency One is the official custodian of USD1. USD1 is issued by Kinesis Global Pty Ltd (“Kinesis Global”).
Kinesis Global Pty Ltd (“Kinesis Global”) is the Issuer of USD1 and is a registered Australia company and fully compliant with AUSTRAC. The Issuance of USD1 digital currency token by Kinesis Global is fully compliant under current Australia law and regulation. Furthermore, as the Australia regulatory environment for evolves for stablecoins, Kinesis Global will ensure it is duly licensed and compliant with the latest regulatory requirements.
